All insurance in America is a scam
America is a scam. Call it what it is.
If they don’t give us money back for not getting tickets or accidents then yea it’s a damn scam
And still you'll see a few bootlickers here defending the practice.
"Until you need it and you dont have it" yeah if I didnt have it I could have compounding interest in a 9 month CD every year and I could have bought 2 cars after crashing one. Even could have put it in high yield savings. Anywhere except for the lobbying agent that trades liberty for "security"
Every last one of them too. The whole system is bad. There’s no legislation in place to protect the consumer. These agencies can charge whatever they want without a cap or any restrictions. I don’t know why this hasn’t been regulated yet.

😭😭😂😂 when called state farm why they keep raising my bill when I have a perfect record and no tickets in years they said the pricing of cars went up 🥲

Absolutely and greed has no ceiling
Most of it is from a company called AIG. There are dozens of companies under its umbrella. I recently cut my insurance bill in half on my home by choosing an independent company in my state. Big difference, they cover everything and at rates I am good with.
Literally just bought my home and auto from Costco and I work at an insurance agency. We couldn’t offer anything comparable in cost and have decades long relationships with our local carriers. They’ve all ‘taken rate’ over the past few years or dropped out of the personal lines market completely even here in WI, one of the safest states in terms of extreme weather. Relying on the same profit models with climate change I don’t believe will work without govt interference and regulation.

Seriously don’t get my started on car insurance cause with the amount of money I’ve given them it costs just as much as a new car !
Except maybe car insurance but they should give you some cash back if you have no accidents or tickets the whole year!

Wrong. Not all insurance is a scam. Lots of people in America don't have insurance because they are content with asking for help on a GoFundMe website. I'm sure you're one of a million citizens who are not protected because you don't have any. Don't get insurance offered by your company. You need to get real insurance.
