Why do the facts of book publishing have to be a fight on this platform? It helps no one. There is no secret sauce. There is no publisher/agent/editor, etc, "out to get you." It's a tough, mostly unfair business. People complain about it, but many of them also want their books published. There is a TON of good info out there, yet people insist on posting the worst information. 😤

A lot of things in life are hard to truly comprehend without actually experiencing them. I’ve been really lucky health wise through the years, but the medications I’m on now have been kicking my ass. New level of empathy unlocked.
