Italian PM Giorgia Meloni announced Italy suspended automatic renewal of its defence cooperation agreement with Israel, citing Middle East conflicts.

"In view of the current situation, the government has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of the defence agreement with Israel," Meloni said on Tuesday.

No injuries were reported, but this was a high-stakes off-road mishap.
