I always like to do the same. Just randomly "assign" a task so that Copilot includes it in the agenda notes. Jokingly ask someone to make you coffee because you are still waking up. Notes then include "Tim will make coffee".
Me and a client were once discussing how expensive school trips are and how we should start a side hustle. The AI summary interpreted this as "Laura and Peter will hand their notice in on Monday and start a tour company"... Then sent it to my boss
Whenever myself and an account executive were on a call that turned out to be a no-show, we would talk about absolutely absurd things just to see if it would pick up on it. Sometimes it would just say "and the conversation ended with off-topic chatter". Booo.
