I agree that once given it probably shouldn’t have been overturned but it shouldn’t have been given in first place.
I thought the penalty shouldn’t have been overturned but Liverpool didn’t have enough quality or conviction in front of goal to get back into the match.
Playing well for 25 minutes in the second half of the second leg, without really threatening the PSG goal, isn’t really enough to get into a Champions League semi final.
