This made me think it was already broken and gently placed back in by previous guests. We told the hosts immediately and they replaced it during our stay. We just now received a request for $68 for the shelves. Is this typical for Airbnb? I don’t think a shelf should break under the weight of a half gallon of milk but I’ve never dealt with this before!
