Something tells me it’s gonna be another really long week. So … drink water. Take breaks. Take the little mental health walk. Try to feed your body good things. And connect. With the ground. With people. Outside. Whatever is best for your health.
Not to diminish anyone's sense of accomplishment (bc you *should* be proud) but almost none of my favorite books ever hit a best seller's list.
