Lots of people have been using @nasa as a foil for all the other things we need to do as a country. But it should be an inspiration that we CAN do those hard things too. Instead why not put NASA’s needs up against all the horrific wasteful spending and stealing by Trump.

-No Qatar Jet for $400MM + $600MM upgrades
-No $300MM for freaking golf
-No $Millions for Don & Eric
-No $75BB for ICE

If we’re going to claim that character matters in public life, then it has to matter every time. Not just when it’s convenient. Not just when it’s the other side. A democracy can’t survive on selective outrage. The rules either apply to everyone, or they’re not rules at all.
