Got a thousand words down on the new book yesterday. I know that's not a lot for some of you, but I wrote them all with two thumbs on my phone, so there's that to consider.

I haven't seen any good explanations of what happens when a USN ship "interdicts" a Chinese oil tanker. Do they just float in front of them on a block even though stopping a tanker is extremely difficult? Do they just sink it? Arrest everybody and leave the tanker unmanned? Taunt them, and then threaten to taunt them a second time? Seriously Sparky, what are ya gonna do here? And I'm sure you've thought through what China is going to do if you damage one of their ships. Uhhhh, right?
