I used to get sick a lot when I would come back! Ugh.. I came back from DR and got Covid

I hate how traveling makes me susceptible to sickness. I chugged emergen-c in the week leading up to this, took my vitamin regiment as I do every day, and still… boom picked up a cold. Just so frustrating. Maybe my immune system just ain’t it
