I finished reading Willing Prey yesterday and I can't stop thinking about it

I loved it so much, highly recommend!!!!!! There's no way I'd get approved for an ARC for Prey for Me but I want it 🙂‍↕️

How can we, a nation with global partners, have accomplished this towering feat of peace and then say war? And then say starvation? And then say homelessness? And then say meanness? And then say cruelty?

We have been called by our very own eyes looking up and then back at ourselves, by the kind words and deeds of our sojourners, to protect this planet, for humankind, animals and plants. We have been called to reject the cynicism. To break the cursèd spell cast on us. Why not us? Why not now?💫

I want children to be asked about their dreams for space and what kind of job they’d like @nasa in a fully resourced classroom and not asked about their immigration status or have missed the Artemis II mission because they have been imprisoned in a concentration camp.
