The amount of ignorance on social media about the 25th amendment is freaking astonishing. Congress does not invoke the 25th amendment. The VP and 50% of the Cabinet is required to remove the president under the 25th Amendment.

Well, you got them, because congress cannot enact the 25th Ammendment. DERP.
Congress doesn't invoke the 25th Amendment. That requires the full Cabinet and the VP. Won't happen. Trump put loyalists in those positions for reasons other than their ability to do their jobs.
Congress impeaches. That requires a simple majority in the House but requires the Speaker's support (else he will block it). It requires 66 votes in the Senate to remove from office. That won't happen in the near future.
