Yesterday I texted him that we need to talk in detail about what the therapist asked him to do and how/what he will implement to gain my trust back. I said he doesn’t need to tell me now and we should probably discuss it with the therapist there. I said he keeps saying “I’ll do it, I’ll be consistent” but those are just words and if we don’t make sure we’re on the same page, we will probably have different expectations and result in problems again.
