Sometimes I think about how I wore Limited Too until I was in 8th grade (along with pink-tinted oval glasses i rebelled against until I was allowed to get contacts), went to Simple Plan as my first concert that my mom chaperoned at 13, was obsessed with Rocket Power and Rocket Power fan fiction, played Neopets and The Sims until 2 am and was building GeoCities websites in my free time for fun.

Somehow I ended up on the atheist/deconstruction side of TikTok last night and it honestly baffles me how many atheists speak about religion and spirituality as if humans have only ever been monotheistic and Christian, and how their concept of “religion” in history is just … Christianity. Idk. Very annoying and ahistorical.
