Article 2, Section 4 allows the impeachment and removal of the President, VP, and all civil officers for treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors. Any member of Congress can introduce articles of impeachment. If more than half of Congress votes to charge them, and two-thirds of the Senate votes to convict — this nightmare ends.
