Two years ago today, the Francis Scott Key Bridge in the great city of Baltimore collapsed. We hold dear the memories of the six people who died in this disaster and continue rallying as a state to repair this essential artery for Maryland and the country.
We’re 80 days from the World Cup and the host country is at war with a qualified team, fans are banned from entering, tickets cost more than rent, and a small town almost pulled the plug because FIFA wouldn’t pay for security. But sure. Football unites the world.
