不過都好彩起碼佢記得加比你😂
上年line manager唔係咁講,佢話有3個salary increase rate, 佢比最高我喎
以我經驗performance review係以防line manager 對上嗰個(或者再高級d)有咩異議嘅時後做justification 嘅,如果上面嘅唔reject就冇人會理個review
有啲公司appaisal and salary review 係獨立程序
我哋仲搞笑,未做final appraisal 就要交定啲rating 上去俾班高層做budget 分餅仔, 每個grade 都有quota,拎最高grade 嘅就一定要有充分嘅justification
上個年度line manager好認真叫我寫好啲,仲掉埋啲kpi比我作文,跟住話有3個grade,已經比最高我嘞,我懷疑都係假既,根本就係一個grade,唔係3個,好嘞,明白晒,今年嗰篇文都可以慳返。
我地公司deadline前一定要submit 個annual performance review, 不過我都覺得佢有無喺system submit其實都唔重要,佢本身想俾咩rate每個人應該心中有數啦,喺system有無submit應該影響不大
我返左幾年工都係講左加幾多之後先約我做review
