最近睇到個post講好多00後做3個月就quit
我覺得00後同我地打左工一段時間既人唔同
對於職場上唔健康生態有好大反應

例如返工其實唔係個個都明白禮貌既重要性
我地返工返耐左就會習慣
上司多數都淨係識向上管理
對老細/客人就恭恭敬敬
怕會得失到人地而影響自己/公司聲譽

相反對住自己下屬
心情好就對你禮貌少少
平時就呼呼喝喝
一有情緒就放上臉
試問邊個會鍾意咁被人對待?
只係我地心態唔同左
反正見得多就習慣

希望00後可以繼續表態
一直存在唔代表合理
有朝一日個職場都係靠你地撐起
所以自己職場要自己塑造!

其實職場個情況同10年前一樣,只不過當年啲人傾向會忍讓

可能同社會改變都有關
當年啲人忍讓完,起碼會挨到出頭
有機會自己置業,有機會突破自己出身階層

跟住再望返宜家既職場
唔好話00後,我地返工耐既都知道
除非靠投資/創業,打工一世都唔會改變到
與其受氣,不如邊度開心邊度去

試過反抗都冇咩用就真,佢地冇禮貌,又差,仲衰過做佢工人

唔反抗又覺得自己好鵪鶉
反抗過冇效又覺得晒氣

覺得除左年資真係要eq夠先可以做人上司
識做人同識做事同樣重要
是但做唔好一樣都帶唔好條team

I am Gen Z. When my supervisor requires me to reply their messages in my sleep hours, I say it’s quite reasonable to relax myself in my private hours. Directly refuse any meaningless company gathering after work. I would like to use my private hours to develop more noble things(e.g. climbing and doing calisthenic workouts with friends, daydreaming, deep thinking,…)

I like the way how you and other Gen Z would step up for yourself.

I would like to think that arranging job duties is the responsibility of the supervisor or the management level. And after work duties are usually result of someone fault of not planning things well. Still, we should not be the one bearing the consequences.
