My therapist’s office just called and said that they have to cancel my appointment today cause she’s sick.. I haven’t been since six weeks cause she didn’t have time and things got really hard and now again being left alone just feels like my safe space got taken away last minute. And now I have to function somehow at work, while I was anyways fragile.
