Mishka joined us back in January 2015, after being caught in a fishing net as a young pup, then being rescued and rehabilitated by our friends at @alaskasealifecenter and deemed non-releasable by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. Mishka now spends her days hanging out with habitat-mates Ruby and Sekiu and munching on shrimp and ice treats. 🦐

The reason why we spend hundreds of hours analyzing a business is to thoroughly understand it.

The purpose of the research is to build confidence in our assumptions.

The valuation then dictates what the return those assumptions will yield.

We are open to contradictory opinions, but we don’t blindly follow anyone—we only follow our research and our judgement.

It doesn’t make sense to go through this whole process to just “borrow” someone else’s "judgement.”

Taxpayers fund Apache helicopters to defend the United States, not to hover over Kid Rock’s mansion for a social media stunt. Watching an elite military unit turned into a private air show for a washed up rock star is an obscene abuse of public assets. Our soldiers aren’t props. They’re not party entertainment. And they sure as hell don’t exist to amuse Donald Trump’s friends.
