Does the United States still consider itself bound by its own constitutional and federal laws? Start there.
Considering they have appointed themselves the world's police and have imposed "regime changes" numerous times...I wonder what international law they might feel bound by?
Seems they are judge, jury, and executioner so who is to stop them with any international law? Who steps in to stop the world's bully AND police?

I think there is a chinese saying or proverb or something (kinda forgot), when you are weak you need knowledge so you can reason with the strong. Whether they listen to you or not it is not up to you. If you are strong people come to speak reason with you.
