Ginger Rogers sings “We’re in the Money” in pig Latin from the 1933 Warner Brothers musical, “Gold Diggers of 1933”

The film’s song and dance sequences .. some barely passing the pre-code censors .. were designed and choreographed by Busby Berkeley.

Berkeley incorporated Ginger’s unusual rendition of “We’re in the Money” after he heard her singing in pig Latin during rehearsal.
