Chewy is a great company to deal with. I got a package of frozen dog food that was clearly repackaged by the shipping company probably after being damaged and the food was thawed. I did a chat with Chewy and in a couple minutes they gave me a refund.

One of the recent projects that got me excited is a real time transcription service using Gemma 4. I got it to capture duplex audio, multilingual, 2 party conversations with author attribution. Totally local, no cloud involved. It works really well. Total delay is about 1 or 2 seconds. Very close to real time.
