My daughter, who is 2 days from turning 28, is in the emergency room and I am grateful to the dr who just ordered a ct scan and is giving her sweet pain meds. Yes, we’ve been here for 12 hours and have just been seen, but thinking positively.

I was on the Go train yesterday and there 6 or 7 teenage girls and for a good hr I listened to the talk about applying for University and what professions they wanted to go into and it gave me so much hope for this next generation

So true Arlene. I found myself getting sucked into the negative vortex. I started a daily painting practice. I walk the dog. Boil sap. There is so much beauty in Canada and in life.
