Reused oils contain benzoid compounds as a result of high-temp heating or burning of organic substances. These compounds are highly carcinogenic, by the way.

Its only allowable for 2-3 more times assuming you dont cook food at a very high heat. After that, needs to be changed again

In food establishments oil typically may be used for 3 to 5 days. This may vary on a case by case basis though.
At home 5 till 7 times is a more reasonable number, although this may vary again. If you take good care of your oil and filter it after use you may well exceed this number.
Professionaly I always used a Testo oil tester to check the oil and did some filtering after use. Also I kept the oil well below 180 degrees in order not to burn it.
