Often, when you have an emotional stake, you also have a significant financial stake because you're the founder (but not always).
Let say you have both, what’s the more powerful motivator?
1 in 12 men are colour blind where as 1 in 200 women are colour blind (women need two affected chromosomes where men only need one).
So if a man says “that looks the same to me” a lot more will make sense.
Sometimes I think about how Maverick Miller, the notorious playboy, met Emerson Harrell, the first woman to play in the NHL, and never wanted another woman (or even LOOKED at one)/showed up to the arena in HER jersey for heroes and legends night/told her ex she would be in the HoF one day/got her name tattooed on his chest. And you get to hear him in your ears on April 9 when the audiobook releases 😝
