2-min high-protein breakfast ☕️
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp oat flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sweetener (optional)
• 1 tbsp instant coffee + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp hot water
Instructions:
1. Mix egg, yogurt, flour, baking powder, and sweetener in a mug.
2. Microwave 60–90 sec until fluffy.
3. Whip coffee, sugar, and hot water until creamy.
4. Top mug cake with whipped coffee and enjoy!
