Elder millennial here, I only talk to three people on the phone. One I’ve been yapping with since 1994. The others are my mom and my long distance bestie. Everyone else can hang up and text me.

This comment section is so weird. We were the one staying up all night talking to our best friends on the phone… How do we have anxiety over talking on the phone? I would rather have a personal conversation on the phone rather than texting. I would also rather talk to a business on the phone rather than emailing.

Also, I can easily spend 4 hours on the phone with my brother or one of my best friends. Do you know how much shit I can get done in the house while I’m talking to someone and just pottering about?!
