Not a single person on this planet thinks Pete Hegseth knows better than the 20 generals and admirals he’s fired. MAGA doesn’t even believe it.

He’s merely doing what Trump wants by hollowing out the military and only having totally loyal supporters in place. He has already achieved that with the DOJ.
When normality returns in a few years time the USA will have no one with any experience to run anything. It will take at least one generation maybe more to overcome this.

FFS - he’s a front showman, like Trump. What’s happening here is that principled people in positions of extreme power are being replaced with sycophants. This is being directed by the shadow cabal so they effectively gain civilian control of the world’s most powerful military.
It’s not like they are being subtle about this ambition.
The people being fired need to sue for wrongful dismissal and fight like hell to hold onto their jobs.
