I just got my first phone call from Be My Eyes, an app that lets blind people call sighted people to ask for help with a task (reading a label, etc). To be honest I was terrified when I answered the call, but it was actually super fun! The person who called me wanted me to read her the information on the label of a pair of jeans she’d just bought. Then I figured out that her purpose was to try to buy them in another color, so I went to their website & discovered they only come in denim & white.
