Sometimes I chuckle. Bear with me for the comedic value. Because I imagine us somehow getting Trump’s a•• impeached and then getting 21 GOP Senators to agree to convict him for some magic wild reason during the trial. 68 votes! No one is the “deciding vote”! Perfect. Then the removal fails because at the last minute Fetterman and Slotkin vote to acquit “For the good of the country 🤪.” You know that’s what would happen. We all just have to sit there sobbing in party hats with our sheet cakes. 😭
