never feel bad for blocking certain energy out of your life. if anyone around you is moving weird, leeching off your energy, taking advantage of your kindness, give them a gentle, effective response. no access
I won’t watch The Pitt or any medical show.
For a long time I had a rare, life threatening illness that went undiagnosed. Shows like ER, House, and Grey’s would feature it and it matched all my symptoms. I’d ask doctors and they said “that’s just TV, no one gets that.” I was in and out of ERs for years, almost died, and was eventually diagnosed.
The idea of watching any shows like that make me so anxious. I can not lol
