For what it’s worth, I immediately recognized this structure before I read your caption. I have a degree in A&P, and we learned that it was trans men who donated their extra (is that the right term? I mean that respectfully!😅) bits so we could understand women better. Our professor called it a beautiful parting gift from those who were set free, and I agree with her. Trans rights truly are human rights!
