March 27, 2016 at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans.
At the very last possible second and by some insane, crazy luck, I received a life saving liver transplant.
And it was about 1 hour ago or so, around 2:30 a.m. central time, exactly 10 years ago.
It’s pretty overwhelming to think about.
I’m a very, very fortunate person.
10 years.
