The attorney is upset because according to what he or she said , the court is abusing him, and abusing the process. It is not the jurisdiction. The judge is not allowing him to make the case , it is the second time that happens, he/ shad has to drive more than a hour and the judge does not want to allow the hearing take place. She / he is having a break down, because they are human being, that is not serving them,, but that is not his fault it is the judge’s fault. The judge provoked that.
