I stopped using the pods cause they wouldn’t break open or they would break open last second and leave a giant mess on my clothes and I’d have to rerun the washer. It was a waste of time and water. I switched to liquid and powered.

Nope, it's also for front-loaded washers. Always put the pod 1st than the clothes or put it inside your clothes
