I am far too Canadian for this. For everyone around the world wondering why this sudden rant happened on Wednesday the Supreme Court is going to hear arguments about an executive order Trump signed last year ending birthright citizenship.

Woke up to an email from a writer whom I’d helped a couple years ago in navigating this industry that she 1) sold a script to a major studio and actually got paid (!!!) and 2) got amazing producers to adapt her IP for the stage. I love these career updates cuz I know she would have got there without me but I love catching some of the glow of her success.

Writing sports romance is all fun and games (see what I did there?) until you have to come up with names of teammates and the opposing teams and a travel schedule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, but "Bob Jones" just doesn't sound like the name of a hot hockey guy who will fight his rival during the NHL All Star game after he makes a snide comment about women not belonging in the league, and certainly not as a goalie!!! But ****** ***** does 😚😚😚
