I don't think it's that woman's fault here, cause as that biker was driving even if no one was crossing road he would have crashed to one of this cars. We can all see cars were just starting to move, like after a red light that speed of biker would have crash a car.
I know the lady is wrong but the driver could have Verted the accident by driving SLOWLY

Tangang naka motor speeding while lane splitting. Lane dividers are there for a reason— that is to keep vehicles within the lane. Di yan expressway. tangang gawain ginagawang expressway ng mga bobo eh. nakainjure or nakapatay pa tuloy. bobo ampota. Kasawa na yung mga ganitong behavior sa pinas.

Must not cross road without zebra crossing . She should have stopped after crossing every line , did not even see moving vehicle coming or not , was on mobile .
After staying 20 years outsude , i get scared the way violation are done in India by moving vehicles bikes etc and Pedestrians . Accidents are much less compared to violations .

In India biker and drivers take enough care in these issues as peopke are very careless to cross roads. I was in ME for 20 years . Now feel very scared in India looking at open traffic violation

I'm pretty sure she turned out to be okay and that was the bike that went under the truck the biker got up on the right side in front of the silvercar
Do you all have a driving license? Because motorbikes can't do slaloms between cars. They have to follow in line behind other vehicles, to avoid accidents like this one.
Not sure where you live, but its a common practice here when its a 2-3 lane road like a motorway and everyone is crawling... although never that fast.

The traffic started moving and yet she did not stop. Due to her carelessness the rider ended up under the truck. The rider was speeding but if he had a clear view he could have braked to some extent.

Well if you're not even concerned about your own safety, how can you expect others to be?🤷🏻♀️ Can't blame the biker cos there was a car she was walking in front of before being in sight of the biker so the biker wouldn't have seen her walking across until it was too late. It's all on her and her stupidity to be more interested in her phone than her own safety🤦🏻♀️ She got what she asked for🤷🏻♀️ Hope the biker is okay though and didn't injured badly cos of her🙄

This is sad for both persons involved but the pedestrian is at fault! Speeding only deserves speeding fine not loss of life! It’s called a road for a reason.
Some international Driving license test book not only cover topics for drivers and riders, but also covers topics for pedestrians as to what to wear what not to for increased visibility, things like use of phone while crossing etc. it's a type of eduction/degree for use of roads.
Even if the rider wasn’t speeding even if he was going 10 km/hr same thing would’ve happened, less impact but same results. Lady was very careless
In driving school they said act like you're the only sober person on the road.. this is why in such areas the speed limit is 20kmh, so sue the woman if you want but the bike guy is in trouble
