Was the point of Trump’s speech tonight to show the nation how badly he’s deteriorated with more slurred, low energy, incoherent, nonsensical rambling?
If so, mission accomplished.
That may have been the worst primetime address in presidential history.
I guarantee everyone of his advisors told him it was the best speech they ever heard as he shuffled off the stage. 
I thought I heard him say the Strait of Hormones twice.
It took less than 1 minute for him to slur several words, mispronounce several more, and lapse into unintelligible mumbling at least once. Good times.
Still not convinced this wasn’t a really big April Fools joke.

Exactly - Trump's listless, low energy speech tonight was about how his war is in a state of limbo. It just reconfirmed how he can't identity his objectives and stick with them. He just keeps moving the goal posts on the failed war he started, can't justify -
that now bores him.
