I agree, we ask for diversity again and again. Then I’ll add to this as a set designer name me one set on the bbc, itv, sky, channel 4 etc for light entertainment, news or sport currently on air that has been designed by a woman. Not 1. My team is diverse and supported and yet I cannot bring this wonderful team onto a job to give them the representation they deserve and push them forward to achieve more as I am not employed as a female designer either.
