One afternoon, Ilya looked over the top of his book.
“Tashenka.”
She looked up immediately.
<Yes?>
“I haven’t seen you ask Daddy to play hockey in the driveway this week.”
She looked back down at her picture.
<He’s busy.>
“He’d make time.”
Another small shrug.
<I don’t want to bother him.>
The words settled heavily inside Ilya’s chest.
Because he remembered another little girl saying almost those exact words after Sofia was born.
“I didn’t want to bother you.”

So somebody pointed this out in a previous post I made which I totally missed! Is this level of bromance normal for yt straight guys? I've never seen it this extreme even in the locker rooms! 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️ I mean, I know from my culture, it's definitely not but maybe I'm biased because of that...

I caught my husband with another woman and didn't say anything

I came home from work early. Walked into the apartment and heard sounds from the bedroom. I won't lie, I understood everything right away. Stood in the hallway for about 30 seconds, I guess. Just listened. Then I quietly got dressed again and left.
Went to a cafe, had some coffee. Sat and thought. He's cheating on me. A typical story. I should have caused a scene, kicked him out, destroyed that woman.
