without wishing to big myself up (my sincere apologies) this weekend’s Shepherd’s Pie is awesome.

I’m resisting the temptation to eat the other 3/4 tonight 😆😁 For me the cauliflower topping makes such a difference. I started this when I was strictly low carb for diabetes control. Only way I make it now. And with the cheese on you don’t really taste the cauli.

Right I’ll zip my self praise now 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ and put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow 😋😋😋

This is what it feels like when I’m in public and kids can just smell it on me that I’m a teacher.
