My husband I perform at Assisted Living Facilities, Senior Communities, Memory Care, etc. We had one today that we play monthly, but only started about 5 months ago. There's a man there that brings spoons and plays them while we're performing. I've encouraged him to do this, he's actually pretty good and I know it brings him a great amount of joy. So today, we show up, we're setting up, and we get started. He's not there and I get a little worried.

A friend of mine, Kevin, spent eight months trying to sell his condo. He paid $400 for professional photos, priced it right at market value, and had just put about $20,000 into renovations. Zero serious calls. Then the guy upstairs listed an almost identical unit — peeling wallpaper, dated kitchen, priced $15,000 higher — and sold it in two weeks.
