Dear @royalmail.helphub on 11th August I received a pile of post with 1st class post dating back to 29th July. Two of those first class letters, date 3rd and 4th August were for fast track cancer appointments that week. Luckily I have the NHS so did not miss the appointments. Care to explain why my first class post is being stockpiled for weeks?
