Anyone else experiencing delays and horrible customer service from @indigo? I’ve been a plum plus member for years but this last year has been rough. Preordered books arriving 10+ days after release? What’s the point of preordering with them? Customer service is blaming it on having warehouses outside Canada?!?!

Meta employees are impressively attentive on this platform.
